baldness treatment in Dubai

Baldness, medically known as alopecia, is a quite common condition caused by numerous factors. The most common type of baldness is Androgenic Alopecia, aka Male Pattern Baldness, then comes Traction Alopecia, the second most common type of hair loss in both men and women, followed by Alopecia Areata, Alopecia Totalis, Alopecia Universalis, Alopecia Barbae and many more. Telogen Effluvium is also a common type of hair loss. By whatever name you call baldness, or whatever may be causing it, bald patches on your scalp certainly don’t look good. Chances of baldness are higher in males as compared females.

Baldness is by means a life threatening condition, but it does affect the sufferer’s quality of life. While some people, despite losing hair in their 20s, live happily rest of their life with a bald thatch, most men get conscious about shiny scalp and find it difficult to face people without a hat on. For such people it is a must to get rid of baldness. There is a vast variety of treatments available today – expensive ones as well – to cure baldness. But why go for expensive options when you can get rid of baldness at home with cheap herbal remedies.

Here are 4 highly effective herbal remedies for baldness:

  1. Hibiscus Flowers and Curry Leaves:

Take half cup coconut oil and add into it one teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers, one teaspoon amla powder and a couple of curry leaves. Bring the mixture to boil on low flame and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the flame and let it cool down before you strain the oil. Massage your scalp with this oil using circular motions. Leave it on for half an hour and then wash off. Repeat this daily for best results.

  1. Lemon seeds and Pepper Corns:

Take seeds of seven lemons and crush them with 10 black peppercorns. Add a few drops of lemon juice to make a sticky paste. Apply this paste onto the bald patches and let sit for 15-20 minutes. You may feel slight itchiness and irritation but don’t discontinue, as long as it is bearable. For better and faster results, repeat this daily for a few weeks.

  1. Fenugreek Seeds:

  • Recipe #1: Soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in half cup water overnight. Grind soaked seeds with water to make a paste. Apply this paste to the scalp, focusing on the bald patches. Leave it on for an hour or two and then wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat this twice or thrice a week for a couple of months or until you see any hair growth in the bald areas.
  • Recipe #2: Fry one teaspoon fenugreek seeds in coconut oil enough for your hair length, for a couple of minutes. Let the oil cool to room temperature and then strain it. Massage your scalp with this oil for 5-7 minutes, paying special attention to bald patches. Leave on for 30-45 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.
  1. Olive Oil Hair Pack:

  • Recipe #1: Take two tablespoons of olive oil and warm it on low heat. Add two teaspoons of raw honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder into it. Apply this mixture onto your scalp and let it sit for 20 to 25 minutes. Rinse off with mild shampoo and lukewarm water. For best results, repeat this remedy twice or thrice a week for a few months.
  • Recipe#2: Take half a cup olive oil and add one teaspoon full of cumin seeds into it. Let the cumin seeds soak into oil for half an hour and then massage your scalp with this oil for 5 to minutes. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse off with mild shampoo and cold water. Store extra oil in a clean bottle with a lid and use it daily for faster results.
